Thank you for shopping with KilHat Tees. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

How our shipping works

KilHat Tees is a print-on-demand brand. Each item is made just for you after you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is mass-produced in advance. We partner with trusted print providers (primarily Printify and its network of fulfillment facilities) to produce and ship every order.

Production time

Most items require 2–7 business days to produce before they ship. Some specialty items — embroidered apparel, all-over-print products, custom jewelry — can take up to 10 business days to produce.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time (after production)

Once your order leaves the production facility:

  • United States: typically 3–8 business days
  • Canada: typically 5–10 business days
  • International: typically 10–20 business days

These are estimates from our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during holidays, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

Where we ship

We currently ship throughout the United States and to most international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, email us at support@kilhattees.us before ordering.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, the items ordered, and the shipping method selected. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Multiple items may ship separately

Because we use a network of fulfillment facilities, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking within 10 business days of placing your order, email support@kilhattees.us.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided. If a package is returned as undeliverable, you may be charged the cost of reshipping.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email us at support@kilhattees.us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and (for damage) photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement or issue a refund.
