Refund & Return Policy

Because every KilHat Tees product is made-to-order, we handle refunds and returns a little differently than traditional retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-order means no buyer’s remorse returns

Each item is custom-printed or made specifically for you after you order. We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart before buying)
• Wrong color ordered
• Change of mind
• Items that arrived on time and as described

What we DO refund or replace

We will replace your item or issue a refund if:

• The item arrived damaged in transit
• The item is defective (printing errors, stitching failures, broken components)
• The item is materially different from what was advertised
• We sent you the wrong item
• Your order was lost in transit and never delivered

How to file a claim

Email support@kilhattees.us within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost shipments). Please include:

1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Photos of the item and packaging (for damaged or defective items)
4. Close-up photos of any printing or quality defects

We review every claim individually. Most are resolved within 5–7 business days. Approved replacements ship at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sizing

Apparel sizes vary by product and brand. Please consult the size chart on each product page before ordering. We are not able to exchange items for a different size.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders can usually only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Email support@kilhattees.us immediately if you need to cancel. After production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Final sale items

Sale items, custom or personalized items (those with names, dates, school crests, etc.), and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for refund unless damaged or defective.
